Ali Moghaddam
Licensed Sales Agent
Ali Moghaddam was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and moved to Atlanta, Georgia, when he was ten months old. On the first day of his college career, his father died after a short battle with cancer in 1996. Having seen the devastating effects of a family losing the household breadwinner and a widowed mother having to care for her three boys by herself, Ali felt a personal calling to one day have a career in the insurance industry. Ali earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Georgia State University and later earned his Master of Business Administration in 2002 from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. After completing his Masters of Business Administration, he decided to pursue his calling and entered the insurance and financial services industry as an agent and financial advisor. After a very successful career in personal production, Ali transitioned into management in 2005. In 2005, Ali began his career in agent/advisor distribution for a Fortune 100 financial services company and began recruiting, developing/training, and supporting agents and advisors. Ali came across the Medicare 101 system that was developed in Scottsdale, Arizona, in 2014 and shortly thereafter launched GA Medicare 101 in Atlanta, Georgia. After building successful offices throughout Georgia, he began expanding in 2016 to Charlotte, North Carolina, and Leesburg, Virginia, all the way across to Chino Hills, California. In 2020, because of COVID-19, Ali decided to re-enter the world of helping clients by personally conducting educational workshops virtually. After a very successful transition, Ali now acts in a hybrid capacity, still continuing to grow the Medicare 101 system throughout the country as well as personally helping seniors make financially responsible decisions with their money. Ali and his wife Maryam live in East Cobb and have been married for over 23 years. They have two beautiful boys, Nicholas (age 15) and Nathan (age 14) and a loveable Mini Goldendoodle puppy named Tyson. Ali sits on several volunteer boards
