Jackie Shepard
Medicare Professional
Jackie is a native of Yulee, FL. She is one of the six George Crady girls and has been happily married for 34 years to the father of her four sons, Andy Shepard. After high school she traveled the world singing with a Christian group called Continental Brass and Singers. She met her husband in the music department at the University of North Florida, where they both majored in Music. In 1989, they were married and set off to Louisiana for some Cajun cuisine and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. This began the next phase of their lives in Church ministry as Music Worship leaders, Youth and Senior Adult ministries, all this and a stay-at-home mom raising their 4 wonderful boys. In 2012, Jackie got her license as a Certified Nurse Assistant working with a Home Health Agency and then started her own Home Health CNA business in 2017, where she worked with many aspects of senior care. In 2022, Jackie was injured and needed to make a career change. She was heartbroken to lose this connection with her clients and tried to find a different way to serve them. Her seniors were always asking if she could help them with their insurance and Medicare. She could not then, but she can now! She went back to school and got her Florida license in Life and Health Insurance. She is still the local caregiver except now she cares for seniors through their insurance and Medicare needs. Jackie has had a lifetime of ministry to seniors, and she is so happy to continue this ministry through insurance.
